Gates Open at 9am and it goes thru 4pm with Racing to follow at 7pm.  Entry for car show is donation only

 

If you have items you'd like to donate for the yard sale, let us know, and We will make arrangements to pick them up.

 

If you're a vendor, and would like to set up a booth, the cost is $15 per booth. You are responsible for supplying your own tables, chairs, and tent.

 

We have Scentsy, Kota's Creations, and Branch Out Decor, and Paparazzi Accessories will be there.

 

We still need a Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Park Lane Jewelry, Paparazzi, etc.... If you are in the Direct Sales Market, or if you have craft items that you'd like to sell, get in touch with me ASAP!

All vendors are to donate at least 1 item for the raffle and 1 item for the silent auction.  

 

 

 Racing Info Racing at 7pm Draw for Line Up will end at 6:00pm. Yoo come in after 6:00pm you will start at end of lineup. If you are going to be late you may call 251-581-1693 for someone to draw for you. 
Grandstand Admission $5.00 Children 13 and under $1.00
Pit Entrance $5.00 Race Fee $10.00 80% Payback on the $10.00
